Did you know that Amarakhand was an accidental invention? A waiter accidentally spilled Aamras in Shrikhand, and the customer loved it so much that he came back for more, and the rest is its history.
SproutOG’s Amarakhand is a healthier version; we use fresh ripe Alphonso mangoes from the famous Khetkar farm, hung A2 curd infused with saffron and cardamom, and less than 8% organic mishri.
