Peanut Podi

The traditional chutney powder gets a nutty makeover and a protein infusion with roasted peanuts being added to roasted Chana Dal, Urad Dal and red chilies. The joyous heartiness comes from dry coconut / copra, tamarind and jaggery. Excellent with dosas, idlis, plain rice and even some curd rice. We profess its nuttiness.
