Made with 100% whole Red Jowar. We slow grind at 90 RPM (similar to the hand movement of the traditional hand-powered chakki ) using natural stone mills - not steel or emery-based high RPM commercial mills. We grind every day, and deliver fresh every day.

Instructions: To make the softest and most aromatic rotis, mix the dough with water and a pinch of salt and leave it standing covered for an hour, or overnight (for truly healthy rotis).
