At the SproutOG Wholegrain Bakery, we couldn't resist giving this classic a healthy makeover. Our pavs are like the Clark Kent of bread: unassuming but secretly super. We use freshly milled sharbati and emmer wheat kernels, ferment them for a minimum of 24 hours, and then shape them into the cutest, healthiest pavs you’ve ever experienced.
