Wholewheat Garlic Herb Bread

We made this variant to taste just like Italy… if Italy was a loaf of bread. 🇮🇹🍞

Our signature slow-fermented bread, filled with roasted garlic, herbs, and a touch of chili flakes. 🌿🌶️

Lightly toast it, smear some butter and serve alongside your pasta, dunk into soups, make rusks or croutons, or make a cheese sandwich to eat over and over, all week long! 🧀🥪

Sometimes though, we find ourselves eating it as is because, you know, purists. 😋

Whole Wheat (Sharbati 90%, Emmer 10%), Jaggery, Cold-Pressed Peanut Oil, Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Fresh Parsley, Black pepper, Pink Salt, Fresh Yeast* (*not organic)
